11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
Qua thực tế khảo sát về “Đặc điểm vốn từ và phát ngôn của trẻ tự kỉ từ 3 đến 6 tuổi (Khảo sát một số trẻ tự kỉ trên địa bản Hà Nội)” luận án đã thu được những kết quả như sau:
Thứ nhất, về đặc điểm vốn từ của trẻ tự kỉ từ 3 đến 6 tuổi
Về số lượng từ: Khi 3 tuổi, tất cả 15 trẻ tự kỉ chúng tôi khảo sát đều đã có ngôn ngữ nói và số lượng từ của trẻ đều tăng lên sau mỗi năm. Số lượng từ ở trẻ tự kỉ phụ thuộc vào mức độ tự kỉ ở từng trẻ, phụ thuộc vào môi trường can thiệp cũng như sự hợp tác của gia đình trong quá trình can thiệp. Số lượng từ ở trẻ tuy có tăng lên sau mỗi năm nhưng so với trẻ bình thường thì số lượng từ ở trẻ tự kỉ còn thấp hơn nhiều.
Về từ loại: Đặc điểm về việc phân bố các từ loại ở những trẻ có mức độ tự kỉ khác nhau thì khác nhau và có sự khác nhau qua từng giai đoạn phát triển. Trẻ tự kỉ cũng có khả năng nắm bắt khá đầy đủ các từ loại giống như trẻ bình thường nhưng chậm và không đa dạng, phong phú như trẻ bình thường.
Về các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến vốn từ của trẻ tự kỉ:Vốn từ của trẻ tự kỉ phụ thuộc vào mức độ tự kỉ; mức độ can thiệp (liên tục hay bị gián đoạn) cũng như sự hợp tác của gia đình trong quá trình trẻ được can thiệp.
Thứ hai, về đặc điểm phát ngôn ở trẻ tự kỉ từ 3 đến 6 tuổi
Đặc điểm cấu trúc phát ngôn: Tổng số phát ngôn ở mỗi trẻ tự kỉ có sự khác nhau và đều tăng lên sau mỗi năm can thiệp. Sự phát triển về cấu trúc phát ngôn trong ngôn ngữ của trẻ tự kỉ phụ thuộc vào mức độ tự kỉ của từng trẻ cũng như có sự khác nhau qua từng giai đoạn phát triển của trẻ. Quá trình phát triển các loại phát ngôn phân theo cấu trúc ở trẻ tự kỉ cũng giống như trẻ bình thường nhưng chậm hơn.
Đặc điểm mục đích phát ngôn: Xét về mục đích phát ngôn ở trẻ tự kỉ cũng có sự chênh lệch giữa những trẻ có mức độ tự kỉ khác nhau và có sự khác nhau qua từng giai đoạn. Ở trẻ tự kỉ có sự khác biệt rất lớn so với trẻ bình thường về mặt số lượng và tỉ lệ các phát ngôn phân theo mục đích đó là: phát ngôn nghi vấn trong ngôn ngữ của trẻ tự kỉ là loại phát ngôn có số lượng và tỉ lệ thấp nhất trong tổng số các phát ngôn phân theo mục đích.
Đặc điểm về mức độ chủ động trong việc sử dụng phát ngôn trong giao tiếp của trẻ tự kỉ cũng có sự khác biệt về số lượng và tỉ lệ các loại phát ngôn phân theo mức độ chủ động ở trẻ tự kỉ và có sự khác biệt giữa các giai đoạn khác nhau ở trẻ. Ở trẻ tự kỉ thường sẽ trải qua các giai đoạn phát triển về mức độ chủ động trong việc sử dụng ngôn ngữ đó là: phát ngôn nói theo, phát ngôn cần nhắc nhở và phát ngôn chủ động.

Thứ nhất, về đặc điểm vốn từ của trẻ tự kỉ từ 3 đến 6 tuổi
Về số lượng từ: Khi 3 tuổi, tất cả 15 trẻ tự kỉ chúng tôi khảo sát đều đã có ngôn ngữ nói và số lượng từ của trẻ đều tăng lên sau mỗi năm. Số lượng từ ở trẻ tự kỉ phụ thuộc vào mức độ tự kỉ ở từng trẻ, phụ thuộc vào môi trường can thiệp cũng như sự hợp tác của gia đình trong quá trình can thiệp. Số lượng từ ở trẻ tuy có tăng lên sau mỗi năm nhưng so với trẻ bình thường thì số lượng từ ở trẻ tự kỉ còn thấp hơn nhiều.

Ở trẻ tự kỉ thường sẽ trải qua các giai đoạn phát triển về mức độ chủ động trong việc sử dụng ngôn ngữ đó là: phát ngôn nói theo, phát ngôn cần nhắc nhở và phát ngôn chủ động.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
By surveying characteristics of vocabulary and speech of some autistic children from 3 to 6 years old in Hanoi, this thesis comes to the following results:
Firstly, regarding to the characteristics of the vocabulary of some autistic children from 3 to 6 years old.
On the amount of words: All 15 autistic children at 3 years old we have surveyed have their own spoken language. Their vocabularies grow yearly. The amouth of words of each child depends on degree of their autism, interverntional environment as well as the co-operation of their family in the process of the therapy. This amouth is much lower than that of normal children despite of the increases of their vocabulary.
On the word classes: The chacteristics of the word classes’s distribution in children at different degrees of autism and at different periods of development are different. Autistic children are able to archive all word classes but at a lower speed and not diversified compared to normal children.
On the factors affecting the vocabulary of children with autism: The vocabulary of children with autism depends on the degree of autism; the level of intervention (continuous or interrupted) as well as the family's cooperation during the child's intervention.
Secondly, on the characteristics of autistic children from 3 to 6 years old
Characteristic of the speech structure: The number of speeches are differ among autistic children and increased after every intervened year. The development of speech structure in language of autistic children depends on the level of autism of each child as well as different stages in each child's development. The development of structural speech types in children with autism is similar to that of normal children, but slower.
Characteristic of the speech’s purpose: In terms of the purpose of speech in children with autism, there are also differences between children with different levels of autism and differences in each stage. In autistic children, there is a great difference compared with normal children in terms of the number and proportion of utterances classified by purposes. That is interrogative utterances in the language of autistic children accounts for lowest number and proportion of total utterances classified by purposes.
The characteristics of the level of initiative in using utterances in communication of autistic children also differ in the number and proportion of types of utterances classified by the level of initiative in autistic children and there are differences between different stages in children. Children with autism often go through developmental stages in terms of the level which are spontaneous speech, follow-up speech, prompting speech and active speech.
