10. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

- Luận án làm rõ những yếu tố tác động đến sự lãnh đạo của Đảng bộ tỉnh Bình Dương về chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp từ năm 1997 đến năm 2010.

- Luận án hệ thống hóa các chủ trương, sự chỉ đạo chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp từ năm 1997 đến năm 2010 của Đảng bộ tỉnh Bình Dương

- Bước đầu nêu lên những nhận xét về thành tựu, hạn chế và rút ra một số kinh nghiệm từ quá trình Đảng bộ tỉnh Bình Dương lãnh đạo chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp từ năm 1997 đến năm 2010.

- Góp thêm luận cứ khoa học để Đảng bộ tỉnh Bình Dương tiếp tục lãnh đạo chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp hiện nay đạt hiệu quả cao hơn.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng thực tiễn:

- Luận án có thể làm tài liệu tham khảo cho công tác nghiên cứu và giảng dạy môn Đường lối cách mạng của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam nói chung; Đường lối phát triển kinh tế nông nghiệp nói riêng.

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể là tư liệu tham khảo cho các nhà hoạch định chính sách của tỉnh Bình Dương khi xây dựng những chương trình, kế hoạch chuyển dịch cơ cấu kinh tế nông nghiệp ở những giai đoạn sau.

- Luận án có thể dùng làm tài liệu tham khảo trong nghiên cứu, biên soạn lịch sử Đảng bộ, lịch sử ngành nông nghiệp tỉnh Bình Dương và những ai quan tâm nghiên cứu đến các vấn đề mà luận án đề cập.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The thesis clarifies the factors which impacted to the management of Communist Party Committee in Binh Duong Province about transferring the structure of agricultural economy from 1997 to 2010.

- Besides, the thesis systematizes all guidelines and directions about the shifting in agriculture economical structure during the period 1997 - 2010 by the Binh Duong Provincial Communist Party Committee.

- Initially, it indicates the achievements and limitations as well as withdraws some experiences from the process of the Communist Party Committee of Binh Duong Province relocated the agricultural economic structure from 1997 to 2010.

- Furthermore, the thesis contributes more scientific arguments about the process of transferring economic structure of agricultural which could help the Communist Party Committee in Binh Duong Province develop the policies more efficiency in current time. 

11. Practical applicability:

- The thesis can be used as reference for researching and teaching the subject The Revolutionary Ways of the Communist Party of Vietnam in general; and the subject The Path of Development of Agricultural Economy in particular.

- The results of thesis can be considered as referent materials for policy makers of Binh Duong Province in order to build the programs or the plans of agricultural economic structure transferring in next periods.

- The thesis might be used as reference for researching and compiling relates to the history of Communist Party Committee, history of agriculture affair of Binh Duong Province and for people who pay attention to issues which the thesis mentioned.

12. Futher research directions:

- The guidelines, policies of Communist Party and State on socio-economic development, especially on the fields of agriculture, farmer, and rural areas.

- The transferring in the rural agricultural economic structure in Binh Duong following the direction of high technology and urban agriculture.
