11. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:
- Thứ nhất, cho đến thời điểm thực hiện luận án, nghiên cứu về những hướng đi mới và cách làm mới, về sự vận động và phát triển của xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử Việt Nam vẫn là hướng nghiên cứu còn chưa được khai thác nhiều. Do đó, luận án là công trình nghiên cứu một cách hệ thống, bài bản và chuyên sâu về xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử Việt Nam.
- Thứ hai, dưới góc độ tiếp cận các lý thuyết Sử dụng và Hài lòng, lý thuyết Mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ, lý thuyết về các thứ bậc ảnh hưởng, luận án làm rõ tác động của công nghệ số đối với xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử. Đây là điểm mới so với các nghiên cứu tiền nhiệm áp dụng nghiên cứu trường hợp tại Việt Nam.
- Thứ ba, luận án đã hệ thống hoá, thao tác hoá các khái niệm công cụ liên quan đến đề tài để làm cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn nghiên cứu xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử.
- Thứ tư, luận án đã làm rõ các biểu hiện của xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên bốn báo điện tử tiêu biểu (VnExpress, Dân trí, VietnamPlus, VietNamNet) qua các phương diện sau: chiến lược phát triển công nghệ; phương thức sáng tạo ứng dụng công nghệ hiện đại (tối ưu hoá hệ thống quản trị nội dung CMS, đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ AI); cải tiến quy trình sáng tạo; khai thác đa dạng, linh hoạt và hiệu quả các yếu tố đa phương tiện.
- Thứ năm, luận án đã khảo sát, đánh giá sự tiếp nhận và phản hồi của công chúng đối với xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử Việt Nam hiện nay. Dựa trên các lý thuyết tiếp cận, kết quả điều tra ban đầu cho thấy sự tiếp nhận và phản hồi tích cực của công chúng đối với xu hướng sáng tạo này.
- Thứ sáu, luận án đã phân tích những vấn đề đặt ra, đưa ra dự báo và đề xuất hệ thống giải pháp thúc đẩy xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử Việt Nam trong thời gian tới. Những đề xuất này có giá trị khoa học và có khả năng giải quyết một số thách thức như lợi ích kinh tế và công chúng, mối quan hệ giữa công nghệ và con người, nguồn lực đổi mới công nghệ, khoảng cách thế hệ giữa các nhà báo và những áp lực sáng tạo trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số.

Xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung ĐPT trên báo điện tử ở các quốc gia khác, từ đó rút ra các bài học hoặc gợi ý áp dụng cho bối cảnh báo điện tử Việt Nam; Quản trị nội dung đa phương tiện trên báo điện tử; Ứng dụng công nghệ số trong sáng tạo nội dung báo chí; Xu hướng sáng tạo nội dung trên các nền tảng truyền thông khác.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- Firstly, at the time of conducting the thesis, research on new directions and new approaches, on the movement and development of the trend of multimedia content creation in Vietnamese online newspapers is still an unexploited research direction. Therefore, the thesis is a systematic, methodical and in-depth research work on the trend of multimedia content creation in Vietnamese online newspapers.
- Secondly, from the perspective of approaching the Use and Gratification theories, the Technology Acceptance Model theory, the theory of hierarchies of influence, the thesis clarifies the impact of digital technology on the trend of multimedia content creation in online newspapers. This is a new point compared to previous studies applying case studies in Vietnam.
- Thirdly, the thesis has systematized and operationalized the concepts of tools related to the topic to serve as a theoretical and practical basis for researching the trend of creating multimedia content in online newspapers.
- Fourthly, the thesis has clarified the manifestations of the trend of multimedia content creation in four typical online newspapers (VnExpress, Dan Tri, VietnamPlus, VietNamNet) through the following aspects: technology development strategy; creative methods of applying modern technology (optimizing CMS content management system, promoting the application of AI technology); improving the creative process; exploiting multimedia elements in a diverse, flexible and effective manner.
- Fifth, the thesis has surveyed and evaluated the public's reception and response to the current trend of creating multimedia content in Vietnamese online newspapers. Based on the theoretical approaches, the initial survey results show the public's positive reception and response to this creative trend.
- Sixth, the thesis analyzed the issues raised, forecasted and proposed a system of solutions to promote the trend of multimedia content creation in Vietnamese online newspapers in the coming time. These proposals have scientific value and address various challenges such as economic and public benefits, the relationship between technology and people, resources for technological innovation, generation gap among journalists and the pressures of creativity in the context of digital transformation.
