10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của đề án: 

Khảo sát ngẫu nhiên 250 cán bộ công nhân viên Viettel nghe Podcast Viettel Vibes trong 6 tháng đầu năm 2025 cho kết quả trên thang điểm 5 như sau:

+ > 80% CBCNV đánh giá “Nội dung hấp dẫn” đạt từ 4-5 điểm.

+ 84% CBCNV đánh giá “Nội dung hữu ích”, đạt từ 4-5 điểm.

+ 6.700 CBCNV đã từng nghe ít nhất một lần Podcast Viettel Vibes, thuộc Top các chương trình được lượng xem cao trên Cổng thông tin Viettel Family. 

+ 100% các tập Podcast đều có cán bộ công nhân viên bình luận (trực tiếp hoặc thông qua đường link khảo sát). Trung bình 7 bình luận/tập.

+ 70% người tham gia khảo sát là CBCNV, 30 % lãnh đạo quản lý. Trong đó, tỷ lệ nam – nữ khá cân bằng, đa dạng độ tuổi, ngành nghề, vị trí công tác. 

 - Thông qua bình luận tại mỗi tập, Podcast Viettel Vibes đã giúp CBCNV biết thêm các giải pháp để cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống, phát triển bản thân. Đặc biệt chương trình đã góp phần truyền cảm hứng về văn hóa, tinh thần, cách làm của Viettel tới mỗi CBCNV khi đối diện các thách thức trong công việc và cuộc sống. Từ đó, chương trình góp phần tạo ra một diễn đàn để chia sẻ và kết nối trong nội bộ, gắn kết cá nhân với tổ chức.

          - Kết quả thống kê mới nhất (tính đến hết tháng 8/2025), tổng số lượt tiếp cận của CBCNV từng nghe ít nhất một lần Podcast Viettel Vibes là hơn 8000 CBCNV, thuộc Top 3 chuyên mục có lượng người xem cao nhất trên Viettel Family.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: chương trình Podcast Viettel Vibes được triển khai phát hành hàng tuần trên Viettel Family và ban hành rộng rãi tới tất cả đơn vị của Viettel.

11. Summary of the findings of the project: 

- A random survey of 250 Viettel employees who listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast during the first six months of 2025 yielded the following results on a 5-point scale:

-  Over 80% of respondents rated “Engaging Content” between 4 and 5 points.

- 84% rated “Useful Content” between 4 and 5 points.

- 6,700 employees had listened to the podcast at least once, placing it among the top-viewed programs on the Viettel Family internal platform.

- 100% of podcast episodes received employee feedback (either directly or through survey links), averaging 7 comments per episode.

- 70% of survey participants were staff members and 30% were managers. The sample reflected a balanced gender distribution, as well as diversity in age, professional background, and positions.

 - Through comments and feedback, the Viettel Vibes Podcast has provided employees with insights on balancing work and life, as well as personal development strategies. Notably, the program has served as a source of inspiration, reinforcing Viettel’s corporate culture, spirit, and working style, helping employees face challenges in both work and life. Consequently, the podcast has contributed to creating a platform for internal sharing and connection, strengthening the bond between individuals and the organization.

- According to the most recent statistics (as of August 2025), the total number of employees who had listened to the Viettel Vibes Podcast at least once exceeded 8,000, ranking it among the Top 3 most-viewed categories on Viettel Family.

12. Practical applicability, if any: The Viettel Vibes Podcast is currently being published weekly on the Viettel Family internal platform and is widely distributed to all Viettel agencies and units.

13. Further research directions, if any: The impact of Viettel’s corporate culture on employee loyalty and long-term organizational commitment.
