10. Tóm tắt các kết quả mới của luận án:

- Luận án “Đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong việc xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay”được tiến hành trên cơ sở lý luận và phương pháp luận của chủ nghĩa duy vật biện chứng và duy vật lịch sử, hệ thống các quan điểm của chủ nghĩa Mác - Lênin, tư tưởng Hồ Chí Minh, của Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam về trí thức, trí thức ở các trường đại học và về giáo dục và đào tạo gắn với điều kiện lịch sử cụ thể của giáo dục nước ta hiện nay.

- Trên cơ sở làm rõ những vấn đề lý luận, phân tích các tư liệu, tác giả đã tiến hành phân tích và đánh giá khách quan thực trạng và một số vấn đề đặt ra đối với việc phát huy vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay. Từ đó, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp chủ yếu nhằm phát huy vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

- Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án góp phần hệ thống hóa, khái quát hóa lý luận và thực tiễn về vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay.

 - Kết quả luận án có thể làm tài liệu tham khảo trong nghiên cứu và giảng dạy những vấn đề liên quan; góp thêm luận cứ khoa học cho việc hoạch định đường lối, biện pháp để xây dựng một triết lý giáo dục mới và chính sách phát huy vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học Việt Nam hiện nay, nhằm thực hiện thành công đổi mới căn bản, toàn diện giáo dục và đào tạo; hoàn thành khâu đột phá thứ hai mà Đại hội lần thứ XI Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam đã đề ra.

12. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:

- Những vấn đề nảy sinh và tồn tại cũng là xu thế, quy luật tất yếu khách quan trong quá trình nhận thức nhằm xây dựng, phát triển triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam. Với tư cách là giảng viên đại học, tác giả luận án mong muốn góp phần vào việc xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam nói chung, từ đó tiến tới xây dựng triết lý giáo dục đại học nói riêng. Bởi, trong những năm tới, giáo dục và giáo dục đại học Việt Nam ngày càng đối mặt với nhiều khó khăn và thử thách trước sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của khoa học và công nghệ, sự tác động mặt trái của kinh tế thị trường và quá trình toàn cầu hóa và hội nhập quốc tế. Do đó, việc giáo dục con người và đào tạo nguồn nhân lực chất lượng cao là một nhiệm vụ nặng nề đối với trí thức ở các trường đại học.

- Nghiên cứu về mục tiêu, nội dung, phương pháp giáo dục… trong những giai đoạn sắp tới, cần phải cụ thể hơn, bám sát với yêu cầu của thực tiễn phát triển xã hội. Nghiên cứu những biến đổi của thế giới tác động đến sự phát triển của giáo dục và đào tạo nói chung, giáo dục đại học nói riêng.

- Tập trung đi sâu nghiên cứu, làm rõ các khía cạnh khác nhau về vai trò đội ngũ trí thức nói chung, trí thức của các trường đại học trên cả nước trong việc xây dựng và thực hiện triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay. Qua đó, góp phần thúc đẩy, phát huy mạnh mẽ vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam.

- Tập trung đi sâu nghiên cứu các giải pháp nhằm nâng cao, phát huy tối đa, hiệu quả vai trò của đội ngũ trí thức ở các trường đại học trong việc xây dựng triết lý giáo dục Việt Nam hiện nay.

11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:

- The thesis "The intelligentsia in the universities in building educational philosophy Vietnam today" was conducted on the basis of theory and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, system of the views of Marxism - Leninism and Ho Chi Minh, the Communist Party of Vietnam on intellectuals and intellectuals in the universities and the education and Training linked to conditions specific history of the national education.

- Based on the clarification of theoretical issues, analysis of the material, the author has conducted analysis and objective assessment of the status and some of the problems posed for promoting the role of the intelligentsia at universities in building educational philosophy Vietnam today. Since then, the authors propose some key measures to promote the role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of educational philosophy Vietnam today.

12. Practical applicability:

- The research results of the thesis contributes systematized, generalized and practical reasoning about the role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of educational philosophy Vietnam today.

- Results could thesis references in research and teaching related issues; contribute scientific foundation for planning guidelines and measures to build a new educational philosophy and policies to promote the role of the intelligentsia in the universities Vietnam today, to implement the the fundamental innovation, comprehensive education and training; finished second breakthrough that the Eleventh Meeting of Communist Party of Vietnam has worked out.

13. Further research directions:

- The problems that arise and also the tendency exists, objectively necessary laws in cognitive processes in order to build and develop Vietnam's educational philosophy. As a university lecturer, author of the thesis wishes to contribute to the construction of Vietnam's educational philosophy in general, since the philosophy and vision of higher education in particular. Because, in the coming years, education and higher education in Vietnam is increasingly faced with many difficulties and challenges before the strong development of science and technology, the impact on the downside of the market economy and the whole process globalization and international integration. Therefore, the human education and training high-quality human resources is a burdensome task for intellectuals in the universities.

- Research on the objectives, contents and methods of education ... in the next stage, need more detail, sticking with the practical requirements of social development. Look at the transformation of the world affects the development of education and training in general and higher education in particular.

- Focus to examine and clarify the various aspects of the role the intelligentsia in general, knowledge of the universities in the country in the development and implementation of educational philosophy Vietnam today. Thereby, contribute to the promotion, strongly promote the role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of Vietnam's educational philosophy.

- Focus to examine measures to improve, maximize, effective role of the intelligentsia in the universities in the building of educational philosophy Vietnam today.
