10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:
Luận văn tập trung nghiên cứu và phân tích thực trạng hoạt động marketing online tại các cơ sở lưu trú ở Thái Nguyên, kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng marketing online chưa được hiểu đúng mức, thiếu sự đầu tư về ngân sách, cơ sở hạ tầng và nhân lực, cũng như thiếu chiến lược và quy trình ứng dụng hiệu quả. Trên cơ sở giả thuyết ban đầu về 7 nhân tố với 26 biến quan sát, kết quả phân tích bằng SPSS 26.0 cho thấy có 6 nhân tố chính tác động thuận chiều đến hiệu quả hoạt động marketing online, bao gồm: Xu hướng thị trường trực tuyến (tác động mạnh nhất), Kiến thức về công nghệ, Nhận thức tính hữu ích, Quy mô cơ sở lưu trú, Sự hỗ trợ từ cấp trên, và Khả năng tương thích. Từ những phát hiện trên, luận văn đề xuất các giải pháp và khuyến nghị dành cho cơ sở lưu trú, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước nhằm tăng cường hiệu quả hoạt động marketing online trong cơ sở lưu trú tại Thái Nguyên.
11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn
Các kết quả nghiên cứu là nguồn dữ liệu đáng tin cậy cung cấp cho các cơ sở lưu trú về điều kiện ứng dụng marketing online, thực trạng hoạt động marketing online và yếu tố ảnh hưởng hoạt động marketing online của doanh nghiệp, giúp cơ sở lưu trú đánh giá được điểm mạnh, điểm yếu và những cơ hội, thách thức khi thực hiện marketing online. Từ đó, những hàm ý quản trị được đề xuất nhằm gia tăng hiệu quả hoạt động marketing online của cơ sở lưu trú, thu hút khách khách hàng, nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh cho doanh nghiệp.

Có thể chọn các cơ sở lưu trú trên địa bàn khác với quy mô mẫu khảo sát lớn để so sánh marketing online giữa các phân khúc cơ sở lưu trú và nghiên cứu về tác động của công nghệ tiên tiến đến marketing online trong cơ sở lưu trú.

10. Summary of the results of the thesis:
The thesis focuses on researching and evaluating the present situation of internet marketing initiatives in Thái Nguyên's lodging establishments. Significant gaps are identified by the findings, which include a lack of effective strategies and implementation procedures, a lack of comprehension of online marketing, and a lack of funding, infrastructure, and human resources. Using SPSS 26.0, analysis of an initial hypothesis that included seven factors and 26 observed variables reveals six important factors that have a positive impact on the efficacy of online marketing initiatives. Online market trends (the most significant), technological expertise, perceived utility, the size of the lodging facility, management support, and compatibility are some of these. Expanding on these discoveries, the thesis offers doable fixes and suggestions for hotels and government organizations to improve the efficiency of internet marketing in the lodging industry in Thái Nguyên. Through these contributions, the local hospitality sector hopes to become more sustainable and competitive in a market that is becoming more digitalized.
11. Practical applicability
The research findings are a trustworthy source of information for lodging establishments because they shed light on the circumstances surrounding the use of online marketing, the state of online marketing initiatives at the moment, and the variables affecting these initiatives within companies. This makes it possible for hotels to assess their advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and difficulties when putting online marketing strategies into practice. Based on these findings, the study provides managerial recommendations meant to boost online marketing efforts' efficacy, draw in more clients, and boost lodging companies' bottom lines.
12. Future research directions:
To compare online marketing strategies across various lodging segments, it is possible to choose lodging facilities in other areas with a larger survey sample size. Furthermore, studies could examine the effects of cutting-edge technologies
