10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

Những năm gần đây, yếu tố sức mạnh mềm phát huy tác dụng ngày càng quan trọng trong hoạt động ngoại giao. Nâng cao trình độ sức mạnh mềm đã từ văn hóa, giáo dục, khoa học kỹ thuật... mở rộng đến phương thức đa nguyên như thể thao.

Ngoại giao thể thao đã xuyên suốt lịch sử ngoại giao TQ, qua ngôn ngữ thể thao giúp TQ vượt các trở ngại, tạo nhịp cho TQ liên kết với thế giới. Ngoại giao thể thao là một phương thức tốt đẹp để nâng cao sức mạnh mềm. Nó có thể trở giúp một nước từ nước tham gia thể thao thế giới chủ yếu trở thành nước tham gia ngoại giao quốc tế chủ yếu. Hơn nữa, thể thao đại diện “hòa bình, hữu nghị, tiến bộ”, cho nên ngoại giao thể thao được nhân dân trên thế giới yêu thích.

TQ phải nắm bắt cơ hội của sự phát triển ngoại giao thể thao, thông qua những biện phát có hiệu quả để không ngừng điều chỉnh chiến lược ngoại giao thể thao, thúc đẩy phát triển ngoại giao thể thao theo xu thế tốt hơn, làm cho ngoại giao thể thao có thể phục vụ tốt cho mục tiêu ngoại giao tổng thể -cấu tạo thế giới hài hòa, cuối cùng nâng cao sức mạnh mềm TQ.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

Luận văn này sẽ góp phần bổ sung cho lí luận nghiên cứu ngoại giao thể thao và sức mạnh mềm Trung Quốc, tạo điều kiện thuần lợi cho việc tuyên truyền hình tượng Trung Quốc, tăng quyền phát ngôn, thúc đẩy tăng hợp tác quốc tế, phát triển kinh tế đối ngoại, khiến cho quan hệ giữa nhân dân các nước gần hơn, cuối cùng nâng cao sức mạnh mềm Trung Quốc. Đồng thời cho nhân dân các nước nhìn thấy đường lối ngoại giao mới này, có tác dụng hướng dẫn.

Luận văn là công trình nghiên cứu kiến tạo sức mạnh mềm Trung Quốc qua ngoại giao thể thao trong những năm đầu thế kỷ 21. Tôi mong muốn sẽ đi sâu nghiên cứu chính sách ngoại giao thể thao Trung Quốc, đặc biệt là phân tích những công văn cụ thể.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

In recent years, soft power has contributed more and more significantly to diplomatic activities. Enhancing soft power has occurred in many aspects such as culture, education, technical science, etc, and widened to pluralism method like sports.

Sports diplomacy has, during the historical periods of China and by the language of sports, helped China overcome obstacles and enable China to integrate into the world.  Sports diplomacy is a good method to enhance soft power and it can help a nation from a main sport participant in the world become a main international diplomatic partner. Moreover, sports represents “peace, friendship, and progress”. As a result, people all over the world are in favor of sports diplomacy.

China has to take advantages of the development of sports diplomacy and at the same time propose effective solutions to adjust strategies in sports diplomacy, which promotes the development of sports diplomacy in a better manner and enables sports diplomacy to serve the overall diplomatic with a view to creating a harmonious world and lastly enhancing soft power of China.

11. Practical applicability, if any:      

The thesis can act as a supplement to theories in overall sports diplomacy and soft power of China. This can create advantageous opportunities for propagating the image of China, increasing freedom of speech, promoting the development of international cooperation and external economy as well as shortening the gap in the relationship among people of countries and enhancing the soft power of China. At the same time, the thesis shows the guiding roles of this new diplomatic policy to the people of countries.

12. Further research directions, if any:

The thesis studies the building of soft power of China through sports diplomacy in early years of 21^st century. I hope to research deeply policies in sports diplomacy of China, especially analyze specific documents.
