Phát thanh trên điện thoại di động sử dụng công nghệ 3G là mô hình phát thanh mới mẻ ở Việt Nam, ra đời năm 2010 do nhóm đề án phát thanh và truyền hình Viettel nghiên cứu và triển khai thực hiện. Cho đến nay, mô hình phát thanh này đã và đang dần khẳng định vị trí của mình ở thị trường phát thanh trong nước bởi những khác biệt và ưu điểm nổi trội.

Với đề tài Phát thanh trên điện thoại di động sử dụng công nghệ 3G (Nghiên cứu trường hợp Viettel Radio), luận văn tập trung nghiên cứu những vấn đề của phát thanh trên điện thoại di động sử dụng công nghệ 3G như: Nội dung, hình thức thể hiện, quy trình sản xuất, công chúng thính giả… Từ đó rút ra những đặc trưng, đặc điểm, ưu thế và hạn chế của mô hình phát thanh này, đồng thời đề xuất những đóng góp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng chương trình và chiến lược phát triển cho Viettel Radio trong giai đoạn tiếp theo.

Ở chương 1, luận văn đã trình bày những vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn của phát thanh hiện đại, thị trường phát thanh Việt Nam hiện nay, phát thanh sử dụng công nghệ 3G  - xu hướng của phát thanh hiện đại; sự phát triển của công nghệ di động và sự ra đời của Viettel Radio – mô hình phát thanh trên điện thoại di động 3G đầu tiên ở nước ta.           

Trong chương 2, luận văn nghiên cứu những sản phẩm, chương trình radio do Viettel sản xuất trong 4 năm từ 9/2010-9/2014. Tác giả đã tiến hành nghe và đánh giá chung về các nhóm chương trình của Viettel Radio. Tiếp theo, khảo sát số lượng chương trình/ chuyên mục mà Viettel Radio sản xuất trong từng giai đoạn để đánh giá những thay đổi về nội dung; thu thập các số liệu liên quan đến doanh thu và số lượng thuê bao lũy kế (công chúng của Viettel Radio) theo từng năm để đánh giá hiệu quả của kênh phát thanh này, đồng thời có sự so sánh tương quan từ năm 2011-2014. Tác giả tiến hành điều tra 300 thính giả của Viettel Radio bằng bảng hỏi để có được những ý kiến đánh giá khách quan của công chúng về cả nội dung, hình thức thể hiện và yếu tố kỹ thuật. Cuối cùng, tác giả tiến hành phỏng vấn sâu đối với biên tập viên trực tiếp làm chương trình, lãnh đạo nhóm sản xuất Viettel Radio.

Qua đó, luận văn khái quát một số đặc điểm mới mẻ và khác biệt của mô hình phát thanh trên điện thoại di động sử dụng công nghệ 3G, từ quy trình sản xuất, phương thức phát sóng, tiêu chí lựa chọn nội dung đến cách thể hiện…

Ở chương 3, luận văn chỉ ra những thách thức đối với Viettel Radio, từ đó đề xuất những nhóm giải pháp để phát huy ưu điểm, khắc phục hạn chế và đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm giúp Viettel Radio có được những chiến lược phát triển dài hạn trong giai đoạn tiếp theo.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

Những đề xuất, kiến nghị, giải pháp mà luận văn nêu ra có thể giúp Viettel Radio ứng dụng, nâng cao chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất, kinh doanh của mình.

Nghiên cứu của luận văn đóng góp về lý luận và thực tiễn đối với việc phát triển ngành công nghiệp phát thanh Việt Nam hiện nay.

Những vấn đề rút ra được từ khảo sát là nguồn tư liệu giúp ích cho các nhà nghiên cứu, nhà quản lý, người làm báo và đặc biệt là những người làm phát thanh.

Luận văn có thể được dùng làm tư liệu để các giảng viên, sinh viên sử dụng trong quá trình học tập cũng như hoạt động chuyên môn của mình.

10. The thesis’s result summaries:

Radio on mobile phone using 3G technology is the new radio model in Vietnam, launched in 2010 by the Viettel radio and television project team, research and implement. So far, this radio model has been gradually asserted its position in the domestic radio market by differences and advantages.

With topics Radio on mobile phone using 3G technology (Viettel Radio case study), the thesis focuses on researching issues of radion on mobile phone using 3G techology such as: Content, expression, production process, audience... From there, drawing the characteristics, features, advantages and limitations of this broadcast model, and propose contributions to improve the quality of programs and development strategies for Viettel radio in the next stage.

In chapter 1, the thesis presented theoretical and practical issues of modern radio, Viet Nam radio market at present, radio using 3G technologies – trend of modern radio; the development of mobile technology and the appreance of Viettel Radio – the first radio models on 3G mobile phones in our country (chapter 1).

In chapter 2, the thesis focus on researching products, radio programs produced by Viettel in 4 years from 9/2010 - 9/2014.

The author listened and overally assessed the groups of programs by Viettel Radio, then quantified the number of programs/categories produced by Viettel Radio in different phases to assess changes in content; collected revenue and number of accumulated user data (Viettel Public Radio) on a yearly basis to assess the effectiveness of this radio channel, simultaneously got the comparative correlation in the period of 2011- 2014.

The author used questionares to survey 300 listeners of Viettel Radio to obtain the objective opinions of the public about the content, format and technical factors. Finally, the author conducted in-depth interviews with the leaders and editors who directly produce the programs.

Thereby, the thesis sumarizes some new features and differences of the radio on mobile phones using 3G technology model, from production processes, broadcasting method, content selection criteria to expression, etc.

In chapter 3, the thesis points out the challenges for Viettel Radio, from that the author proposes solutions to promote the advantages, overcoming limitations and provides some recommendations to help Viettel Radio get the long-term development strategy in the next stage.

These suggestions, recommendations, solution can help Viettel apply Radio and improve the quality of their production business process.

The thesis research provides theoretical and practical contribution to the development of today radio industry in Vietnam.

The isues derived from the survey are useful resources for researchers, managers, journalists and especially those who work in radio industry.

The thesis can be used as materials for teachers and students in theỉ learning process as well as professional activities.
