10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

          Luận văn nghiên cứu phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn, tỉnh Bắc Giang theo cách tiếp cận kết hợp giữa phía cung và phía cầu. Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá thực trạng phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp, phân tích mức độ đáp ứng của hệ thống cung ứng đối với nhu cầu du khách từ đó đề xuất giải pháp phát triển theo hướng đa dạng, hiệu quả và bền vững. Về lý thuyết, luận văn hệ thống hóa các khái niệm và vận dụng một số lý thuyết nền tảng như lý thuyết kinh tế trải nghiệm (Pine & Gilmore, 1998, 1999; Sieczko, 2020), lý thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch (Ajzen, 1991) và lý thuyết phát triển sản phẩm du lịch mới (Santos và cộng sự, 2020). Trên cơ sở đó tác giả xây dựng khung nghiên cứu phù hợp với bối cảnh phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại địa bàn nghiên cứu.

          Kết quả nghiên cứu định tính thông qua phỏng vấn sâu với đại diện cơ quan quản lý nhà nước, hợp tác xã và người dân địa phương đã cho thấy phía cung của sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn được cấu thành bởi các nhóm yếu tố chính  chủ yếu gồm: tài nguyên du lịch nông nghiệp, cơ sở hạ tầng và cơ sở vật chất kỹ thuật, dịch vụ du lịch, nguồn nhân lực du lịch cùng với các yếu tố hỗ trợ như xúc tiến – quảng bá và chính sách. Các ý kiến phỏng vấn cho thấy địa phương có nhiều tiềm năng nổi bật về cảnh quan nông nghiệp, vùng cây ăn quả đặc trưng và giá trị văn hóa bản địa. Tuy nhiên việc phát triển  sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại đây vẫn còn hạn chế về tính đa dạng, mức độ liên kết, chất lượng dịch vụ, kỹ năng nguồn nhân lực và hiệu quả triển khai các hoạt động hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm.

Kết quả nghiên cứu định lượng từ 385 phiếu khảo sát hợp lệ cho thấy phía cầu đối với sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn đã bước đầu hình thành tương đối rõ. Thông qua phân tích thống kê mô tả nghiên cứu cho thấy du khách có nhận thức khá tích cực về du lịch nông nghiệp, động cơ tham gia tương đối đa dạng, mức độ hài lòng nhìn chung ở mức khá cao và ý định hành vi trong tương lai tương đối khả quan. Giá trị trung bình các biến đo lường sự hài lòng dao động từ 3,97 đến 4,09 trên thang Likert 5 bậc cho thấy phần lớn du khách có đánh giá tích cực đối với trải nghiệm du lịch nông nghiệp tại địa phương cùng với đó có xu hướng quay lại khá cao và giới thiệu điểm đến cho người khác. Kết quả này phản ánh sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại Lục Ngạn đã có nền tảng thị trường nhất định nhưng cũng đặt ra yêu cầu tiếp tục nâng cao chất lượng trải nghiệm và gia tăng tính đặc sắc của sản phẩm để chuyển hóa tiềm năng phía cầu thành sự phát triển bền vững hơn trong thực tiễn.

Luận văn cung cấp cơ sở thực tiễn để các cơ quan quản lý địa phương, hợp tác xã, doanh nghiệp và cộng đồng dân cư có thể tập trung hoàn thiện các yếu tố phía cung như tổ chức sản phẩm, dịch vụ, hạ tầng, nhân lực, truyền thông và cơ chế hỗ trợ. Đồng thời chú trọng hơn đến nhu cầu, mức độ hài lòng và ý định hành vi của du khách nhằm phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn theo hướng đa dạng, hấp dẫn và bền vững.

11. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

          Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn có khả năng ứng dụng trực tiếp vào thực tiễn phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn, tỉnh Bắc Giang. Trên cơ sở đánh giá thực trạng, phân tích nhu cầu thị trường và mức độ đáp ứng của các chủ thể cung ứng luận văn đề xuất các giải pháp có thể làm căn cứ tham khảo cho chính quyền địa phương, cơ quan quản lý du lịch, doanh nghiệp, hợp tác xã và người dân trong quá trình xây dựng, hoàn thiện và đa dạng hóa sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp.

          Luận văn cũng có thể được sử dụng trong việc định hướng khai thác hiệu quả các giá trị nông nghiệp, sinh thái và văn hóa bản địa gắn với phát triển du lịch bền vững; hỗ trợ công tác lập kế hoạch, xây dựng chính sách, xúc tiến quảng bá điểm đến và nâng cao chất lượng trải nghiệm của du khách. Bên cạnh đó, kết quả nghiên cứu còn là tài liệu tham khảo hữu ích cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo về du lịch nông nghiệp tại Lục Ngạn và các địa phương có điều kiện tương đồng.

12. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo:

          Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, luận văn đã bước đầu làm rõ cơ sở lý luận, thực trạng phát triển sản phẩm và mức độ đáp ứng giữa hệ thống cung ứng với nhu cầu du khách tại huyện Lục Ngạn theo cách tiếp cận cung – cầu. Tuy nhiên, để hoàn thiện hơn cơ sở khoa học và nâng cao giá trị ứng dụng thực tiễn các nghiên cứu tiếp theo cần tiếp tục mở rộng phạm vi và đi sâu vào một số nội dung cụ thể như sau: 

          Có thể tiếp tục mở rộng nghiên cứu theo hướng so sánh huyện Lục Ngạn với các địa phương có điều kiện tương đồng về nông nghiệp, cảnh quan và văn hóa bản địa đồng thời xem xét việc ứng dụng chuyển đổi số và liên kết chuỗi giá trị trong phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này sẽ góp phần làm rõ đặc thù của Lục Ngạn, nhận diện các yếu tố ảnh hưởng và đề xuất mô hình phát triển hiệu quả hơn cho địa phương trong tương lai.

          Một hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo là xây dựng và kiểm định mô hình định lượng chuyên sâu về phát triển sản phẩm du lịch nông nghiệp tại huyện Lục Ngạn. Hướng nghiên cứu này giúp lượng hóa mức độ tác động của các yếu tố liên quan từ đó làm rõ hơn cơ sở khoa học cho việc đề xuất giải pháp phát triển phù hợp và bền vững.

10. Summary of the thesis results:

        The thesis examines the development of agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Province, using an integrated supply–demand approach. The study aims to assess the current state of agricultural tourism product development, analyze the extent to which the supply system meets tourist demand, and thereby propose solutions for development in a diversified, effective, and sustainable direction. From a theoretical perspective, the thesis systematizes key concepts and applies several foundational theories, including the Experience Economy Theory (Pine & Gilmore, 1998, 1999; Sieczko, 2020), the Theory of Planned Behavior (Ajzen, 1991), and the New Tourism Product Development Theory (Santos et al., 2020). Based on this, the author develops a research framework suitable for the context of agricultural tourism product development in the study area.

           The qualitative research findings, based on in-depth interviews with representatives of state management agencies, cooperatives, and local residents, indicate that the supply side of agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District is mainly composed of several key groups of factors, including agricultural tourism resources, infrastructure and technical facilities, tourism services, and tourism human resources, together with supporting factors such as promotion, marketing, and policy. The interview results also show that the locality possesses considerable potential, particularly in terms of agricultural landscapes, distinctive fruit-growing areas, and indigenous cultural values. However, the development of agricultural tourism products in the district remains limited in terms of diversity, the level of linkages, service quality, human resource skills, and the effectiveness of implementing activities that support product development.

         The quantitative research results, based on 385 valid survey responses, show that the demand side for agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District has begun to take shape relatively clearly. Through descriptive statistical analysis, the study indicates that tourists have a fairly positive perception of agricultural tourism, relatively diverse travel motivations, a generally high level of satisfaction, and promising future behavioral intentions. The mean values of the variables measuring satisfaction range from 3.97 to 4.09 on a five-point Likert scale, suggesting that most tourists hold positive evaluations of their agricultural tourism experiences in the locality, while also showing a relatively strong intention to revisit and recommend the destination to others. These findings reflect that agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan already have a certain market foundation, but they also highlight the need to further improve the quality of the tourist experience and enhance the distinctiveness of the products in order to transform demand-side potential into more sustainable development in practice.

          The thesis provides a practical basis for local authorities, cooperatives, enterprises, and local communities to focus on improving supply-side factors such as product organization, services, infrastructure, human resources, communication, and support mechanisms. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance of better addressing tourists’ needs, satisfaction levels, and behavioral intentions in order to develop agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District in a more diverse, attractive, and sustainable direction.

11. Practical application potential: 

       The findings of the thesis have strong potential for direct application in the practical development of agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District, Bac Giang Province. Based on the assessment of the current situation, the analysis of market demand, and the evaluation of the responsiveness of supply-side stakeholders, the thesis proposes solutions that may serve as useful references for local authorities, tourism management agencies, enterprises, cooperatives, and local residents in the process of developing, improving, and diversifying agricultural tourism products.

       The thesis may also be used to help orient the effective utilization of local agricultural, ecological, and indigenous cultural values in connection with sustainable tourism development; to support planning, policy-making, destination promotion, and the enhancement of tourist experiences. In addition, the research findings can serve as a useful reference for further studies on agricultural tourism in Luc Ngan as well as in other localities with similar conditions.

12. Future research directions:

       Based on the research findings, the thesis has initially clarified the theoretical foundation, the current status of product development, and the degree of alignment between the supply system and tourist demand in Luc Ngan District through a supply–demand approach. However, in order to further strengthen the scientific basis and enhance the practical applicability of the study, future research should expand its scope and explore several specific aspects in greater depth, as follows:

       Future research may be further extended by comparing Luc Ngan District with other localities that share similar conditions in terms of agriculture, landscape, and indigenous cultural values, while also examining the application of digital transformation and value chain linkages in the development of agricultural tourism products. The findings of such research would help clarify the distinctive characteristics of Luc Ngan, identify the influencing factors, and propose a more effective development model for the locality in the future.

       Another direction for future research is to develop and test an in-depth quantitative model on the development of agricultural tourism products in Luc Ngan District. This research direction would help quantify the level of influence of relevant factors, thereby providing a clearer scientific basis for proposing appropriate and sustainable development solutions.
