10. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:
Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu những vấn đề lý luận và thực tiễn liên quan đến đề tài, luận văn phân tích thực trạng vấn đề quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên báo điện tử trên các khía cạnh về nội dung, hình thức chuyển tải, cách thức tổ chức sản xuất, đánh giá những thành công và hạn chế của hoạt động này. Từ đó, đề xuất những giải pháp góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả của việc quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên báo điện tử trong thời gian tới. Để đạt được mục đích trên, đề tài giải quyết một số nhiệm vụ sau:
- Làm rõ các khái niệm liên quan đến đề tài; cung cấp cái nhìn tổng quan dựa trên lý thuyết về quản trị báo chí và truyền thông để xác định khung nghiên cứu áp dụng cho đề tài;
- Khảo sát, phân tích thực trạng quản trị về các khía cạnh nội dung, hình thức, cách thức tổ chức sản xuất tin, bài, phóng sự, phản ánh về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên báo điện tử. Qua đó, đánh giá ưu điểm, hạn chế, nguyên nhân hạn chế trong việc quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên báo điện tử;
- Nêu lên những vấn đề cần quan tâm và bước đầu đề xuất giải pháp nhằm nâng cao năng lực và hiệu quả quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 trên báo điện tử trong thời gian tới.
Luận văn góp phần làm sáng tỏ hơn về thực trạng quản tri thông tin về phòng chống dịch bệnh, qua đó sẽ giúp cho các nhà quản lý, nhà báo, những người là truyền thông có thêm thông tin để đóng góp cải thiện công tác này. Ngoài ra, việc xác định các thuận lợi và hạn chế của việc quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 sẽ giúp tác giả đưa ra đề xuất, khuyến nghị giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả trong thông tin về vấn đề này thông qua 03 báo điện tử. Luận văn góp phần giúp các cơ sở đào tạo bồi dưỡng báo chí, các phóng viên, biên tập viên báo điện tử tham khảo và vận dụng.

Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn: Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn sẽ giúp các cơ quan báo chí và nhà báo trong việc nhìn nhận và đánh giá tầm quan trọng của việc quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch bệnh Covid-19 trên báo chí nói chung và báo điện tử nói riêng. Việc xác định các thuận lợi và hạn chế của việc quản trị thông tin về phòng, chống dịch Covid-19 sẽ giúp tác giả đưa ra đề xuất, khuyến nghị giải pháp nhằm nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả trong thông tin về vấn đề này thông qua 03 báo điện tử. Luận văn góp phần giúp các cơ sở đào tạo bồi dưỡng báo chí, các phóng viên, biên tập viên báo điện tử tham khảo và vận dụng.

10. Summary of the findings of the thesis:
On the basis of researching theoretical and practical issues related to the topic, the thesis analyses the current situation of information management in the Covid-19 pandemic control and prevention in online newspapers in terms of message content, design & layout, production process, etc. Then, evaluate the successes and limitations of this activity as well as propose solutions to improve the efficiency of information management in the near future. To do this task well, the thesis offered some following solutions:
To clarify concepts/ definitions related to the topic; Provide an overview based on the theory of journalism and communication management; and Determine the research framework applicable to the topic;
To analyse the current situation of information management in terms of message content, form, design and the production of news, articles on the Covid-19 control and prevention in online newspapers. Thereby, evaluating the strengths and limitations in this issue;
Finally, initially propose solutions and recommendations to improve the capacity and efficiency of information management in the Covid-19 pandemic control and prevention in online newspapers soon.
The thesis contributed significantly to clarify the current situation of information management in Covid-19 control and prevention, thereby helping managers, journalists, and media people get further information to improving the work. In addition, identifying the strengths and limitations of information management in Covid-19 control and prevention will help the author make suggestions and recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of this issue through 03 selected online newspapers. The thesis also is the reference for media training institutions, journalists, and editors.

Practical applicability, if any: The research results will help media houses and journalists recognize the importance of information management in the Covid-19 control and prevention in the journalism generally and online newspapers particularly. Determining the strengths and limitations of information management in Covid-19 control and prevention will help the author make suggestions and recommend solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the issue through 03 selected online newspapers. The thesis also is the reference for media training institutions, journalists, and editors.
