Trong thời gian thực hiện, luận văn của chúng tôi đã đạt được những kết quả sau:

Thứ nhất, khái quát về lịch sử, chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Cục Lưu trữ Văn phòng Trung ương, các phòng chuyên môn thuộc Cục Lưu trữ; giới thiệu về khối tài liệu ảnh đang được lưu trữ tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng và sự cần thiết phải tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ảnh tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng.

Thứ hai, nêu ra việc tổ chức khối tài liệu ảnh tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng hiện nay, những nhận xét đánh giá về việc tổ chức khoa học khối tài liệu đó.

Thứ ba, từ thực trạng trên, đề xuất một số biện pháp tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ảnh tại Kho Lưu trữ Trung ương Đảng.

Những kết quả đạt được của luận văn sẽ là một nguồn tài liệu tham khảo và ứng dụng đối với công tác tác lưu trữ (nói chung) và tổ chức khoa học tài liệu ảnh (nói riêng) tại Cục Lưu trữ Văn phòng Trung ương Đảng.

11. Summary of the findings of the thesis:

Firsly, introduce briefly about the Archive Department of Central Office of Vietnam Communist Party and the image archives in the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV.

The content of this chapter focuses on the function, the tasks and the organization of the Archive Department of CPV. Besides, it also views the contents, components and the neccesseries to organize scientifically the images archives of in the Despository.

Secondly, The actual Situation of the image archives at The Central Archive Despository. The author raise some actual situation, such as manage, collect, classify, set up a file, determinate retention reriod of records,.... At the end of this case study, the author brings out some comments all kinds of image archives in Desporitory.

Thirdly, from the actual situation about the management of this image archives, we give out some solutions about organizing scientifically the these archives at the Archive Department of CPV.

12. The thesis can be practical applicability: The author bring out some basis for the Archive Despository of Central Office of CPV to solve and overcome some  remaining problems in organizing scientifically the image archives at the Archive Department of CPV. It also brings out the route of organizing the image archives at an office in general and an the Office directly under the Central Party in particular; This thesis is referencial document for the State Management Organizations, readers, scientists, students at the research institute, at the university in the Vietnam.
