9. Tóm tắt các kết quả của luận văn:

Qua nghiên cứu nội dung 3 chương, tác giả luận văn đã lần lượt giải quyết các nhiệm vụ đặt ra, cụ thể:

Trước hết, qua nghiên cứu chương 1 có thể thấy rằng khái niệm, vai trò, tiêu chí đánh giá và các yếu tố liên quan đến tổ chức nội dung trong phóng sự điều tra trên báo điện tử đều gắn bó chặt chẽ và bổ sung cho nhau, tạo thành một chỉnh thể thống nhất phản ánh bản chất sáng tạo và trách nhiệm nghề nghiệp của người làm báo trong thời đại số.

 Khảo sát thực trạng chỉ ra, tổ chức nội dung video trong phóng sự điều tra trên Báo điện tử Dân Việt hiện nay đã hình thành một quy trình tương đối chuyên nghiệp, phản ánh rõ định hướng phát triển của một tòa soạn hiện đại đang bắt nhịp với xu hướng báo chí đa phương tiện. Ưu điểm nổi bật là Dân Việt đã biết kết hợp giữa tính kỷ luật trong tổ chức nội dung với tinh thần sáng tạo trong thể hiện. Mỗi phóng sự điều tra đều được xây dựng theo cấu trúc chặt chẽ, có đầu tư về hình ảnh, âm thanh, đồ họa và lời bình, giúp người xem không chỉ tiếp nhận thông tin mà còn cảm nhận được không khí, bối cảnh và chiều sâu của sự thật. Tuy nhiên, bên cạnh những ưu điểm rõ rệt, tổ chức nội dung video phóng sự điều tra của Dân Việt vẫn tồn tại một số hạn chế. 

Trong thời gian tới, giải pháp trọng tâm mà Dân Việt cần triển khai là đổi mới quy trình tổ chức và duyệt nội dung video theo hướng linh hoạt và tinh gọn, kết hợp cùng các giải pháp khác như phát triển đội ngũ nhân lực chuyên sâu, đầu tư nguồn lực tài chính, tăng cường phối hợp giữa các bộ phận và mở rộng chiến lược lan tỏa nội dung. Khi các giải pháp này được triển khai đồng bộ, Dân Việt không chỉ giữ vững vị thế là một trong những cơ quan báo chí điều tra hàng đầu mà còn trở thành hình mẫu cho xu hướng tổ chức nội dung báo chí đa phương tiện, vừa hiện đại, vừa nhân văn, đáp ứng đúng tinh thần đổi mới của thời đại truyền thông số.

10. Khả năng ứng dụng trong thực tiễn:

 Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận văn có thể được áp dụng trong công tác tổ chức sản xuất phóng sự điều tra bằng video tại các tòa soạn báo điện tử ở Việt Nam, đặc biệt là những đơn vị đang trong quá trình chuyển đổi số. Các đề xuất về quy trình, nhân sự, kỹ năng và công nghệ có thể trở thành cơ sở tham khảo cho việc nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm điều tra, tối ưu hóa hiệu quả truyền thông và tăng sức lan tỏa của thông tin trên các nền tảng đa phương tiện.

11. Những hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo: 

Từ kết quả của luận văn, có thể mở rộng nghiên cứu theo hướng so sánh mô hình tổ chức sản xuất phóng sự điều tra giữa các cơ quan báo chí trung ương và địa phương, hoặc nghiên cứu sâu hơn về việc ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong quy trình sản xuất video báo chí điều tra. Ngoài ra, có thể tiếp tục khảo sát hiệu quả tiếp nhận của công chúng đối với các sản phẩm điều tra đa nền tảng nhằm đánh giá toàn diện hơn tác động xã hội của loại hình tác phẩm này.

Through the study of three main chapters, the author has successfully fulfilled the research objectives and tasks set forth in the thesis.

First, the analysis in Chapter 1 shows that the concepts, roles, evaluation criteria, and relevant factors in organizing content for investigative video reports on online newspapers are closely interconnected and complementary, forming a coherent framework that reflects both the creativity and professional responsibility of journalists in the digital era.

The empirical survey reveals that the organization of video content in investigative reports on Dan Viet E-Newspaper has established a relatively professional process that clearly reflects the development orientation of a modern newsroom adapting to the trend of multimedia journalism. One of its notable strengths is Dan Viet’s ability to combine discipline in content organization with creativity in expression. Each investigative report follows a well-structured narrative and demonstrates investment in visual elements, sound, graphics, and commentary, allowing viewers not only to receive information but also to perceive the atmosphere, context, and depth of reality. However, alongside these evident strengths, certain limitations in content organization remain to be addressed.
In the coming time, the key solution for Dan Viet is to innovate its organizational and editorial review process for video content toward flexibility and streamlining, together with other measures such as developing specialized human resources, investing in financial capacity, enhancing interdepartmental coordination, and expanding content dissemination strategies. Once these solutions are implemented synchronously, Dan Viet will not only maintain its position as one of the leading investigative journalism agencies but also become a model of multimedia journalism organization that is both modern and humanistic, truly embodying the spirit of innovation in the digital communication era.

10. Practical applicability:

The findings of this thesis can be applied to the organization and production of investigative video reports in Vietnamese online newsrooms, particularly those undergoing digital transformation. The proposed solutions regarding production workflows, personnel, professional skills, and technological applications can serve as useful references for improving the quality of investigative journalism products, optimizing communication effectiveness, and enhancing the social impact of information across multimedia platforms.

11. Further research directions:

Based on the results of this study, future research could expand in several directions, such as comparing models of investigative video production between central and local press agencies or exploring the application of artificial intelligence in the production process of investigative journalism videos. Additionally, further studies could examine audience reception and engagement with multi-platform investigative content to provide a more comprehensive assessment of the social impact of this journalistic form.
